1.2 Dedicated Support: Each B2B client is assigned a dedicated account manager to ensure smooth communication, quick responses, and personalized service throughout our partnership.
1.3 Flexibility: We understand that business needs evolve. We're committed to working with you on custom requirements, volume adjustments, and special requests wherever feasible.
2. Orders and Quotations
2.1 Transparent Pricing: All quotations are valid for 30 days and include detailed breakdowns of costs. We commit to no hidden fees, ensuring you can budget accurately for your projects.
2.2 Custom Manufacturing: We welcome custom orders and specifications. Our team will work with you to develop prototypes and samples before full production begins, ensuring the final product meets your exact needs.
2.3 Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements will be clearly communicated upfront. We strive to keep MOQs reasonable to accommodate businesses of various sizes.
2.4 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you'll receive prompt confirmation with production timelines and expected delivery dates.
3. Quality Assurance
3.1 Manufacturing Standards: All products are manufactured to international quality standards. We maintain strict quality control processes at every production stage to ensure consistency and reliability.
3.2 Product Testing: Our protective gear undergoes rigorous testing for durability, safety, and performance. Test reports and certifications are available upon request.
3.3 Defect Policy: If any manufacturing defects are identified, we will replace affected items at no additional cost. Simply notify us within 30 days of delivery with documentation of the issue.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 On-Time Delivery: We prioritize meeting agreed delivery schedules. You'll receive tracking information and regular updates throughout the shipping process.
4.2 Flexible Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods to balance speed and cost based on your needs. Our team can advise on the most efficient options for your location.
4.3 International Shipping: For international orders, we handle export documentation and customs clearance to simplify the process for you. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.4 Damage in Transit: Items damaged during shipping will be replaced promptly. Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damage within 7 days.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Flexible Payment Options: We accept various payment methods including wire transfer, letter of credit, and other internationally recognized business payment solutions.
5.2 Payment Schedule: Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% before shipment. We can discuss alternative arrangements for established partners with regular orders.
5.3 Extended Terms: For qualified long-term partners, we offer extended payment terms to improve your cash flow management.
5.4 Currency: Transactions can be conducted in major currencies including USD, EUR, and others as agreed.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After production begins, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labor costs incurred.
6.2 Return Policy: We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by ZZSUPPORTS.
6.3 Order Changes: We understand plans change. Minor modifications to orders can be accommodated if requested before production begins. Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
7.1 Your Designs: Any custom designs, logos, or specifications you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not share, reproduce, or use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders.
7.2 Confidentiality: We treat all business information, pricing, and specifications as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
7.3 Market Protection: We respect your market territories and will not supply identical custom products to your direct competitors in agreed regions.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 Product Warranty: We warrant that all products are free from manufacturing defects and meet specified quality standards for a period of 12 months from delivery date.
8.2 Liability Coverage: We maintain comprehensive product liability insurance to protect both your business and ours.
8.3 Remedies: In the unlikely event of issues, we will repair, replace, or refund affected products at our discretion, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
9.2 Communication: In such events, we will promptly notify you and work collaboratively to minimize impact and find alternative solutions.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Amicable Resolution: We believe in resolving any disagreements through open communication and negotiation. Our commitment is to find mutually beneficial solutions.
10.2 Mediation: If direct negotiation doesn't resolve an issue, we agree to pursue mediation before any formal legal proceedings.
10.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the People’s Republic of China, chosen for its business-friendly legal framework.
11. Terms Modification
11.1 Updates: We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Existing orders will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of order placement.
11.2 Notification: We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance, giving you time to review and discuss any concerns.
