How to Choose the Right Horse Boot
Start with four practical questions. The answers determine which construction, materials and fit details belong in the first sample.
What Area Needs Protection?
Tendon, fetlock, heel, hoof and lower-leg products need different coverage shapes and reinforced areas.
How Should the Boot Fit?
Look beyond Pony, Cob and Full. Boot height, circumference and usable strap adjustment define the real fit range.
How Will It Stay in Place?
Pattern shape, strap direction and anchor position influence whether the boot stays secure or shifts during use.
Where Will It Be Used?
Training, turnout, travel and cooling products have different needs for ventilation, cleaning, drying and durability.
What Can Be Customized?
Start from a market product, your own sample or a new idea. The product can be adjusted from its construction through to the retail pack.
Construction
Soft boots, reinforced panels, molded shells, cooling-insert carriers and suitable fastening systems.
Materials
Outer fabric, mesh, foam, lining, binding, shell components and closure materials.
Fit & Sizing
Finished dimensions, size ranges, grading and separate front or hind configurations.
Protection
Coverage shape, shell or panel position, reinforcement areas and padding layout.
Branding
Colors, logo application, woven labels, size marks and product identification.
Packaging
Retail boxes, inserts, barcodes, size labels and pack configuration.
You do not need a finished Tech Pack
A reference image and a short description are enough to begin the first product review.
From Your Idea to an Approved Production Sample
A clear process helps turn the initial idea into a sample that can be repeated in bulk production.
Before You Request a Quote - FAQ
What is the MOQ for custom horse boots?
The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. Include your expected quantity, product type and size range when requesting a quotation.
Do I need a finished Tech Pack?
No. You can start with a reference image, physical sample, drawing, Tech Pack or a short description of the product you want to develop.
Which parts of a horse boot can be customized?
Construction, materials, dimensions, front and hind configurations, protection areas, colors, logo application, labels and packaging can be developed around the product brief.
Can you develop a product not shown on this page?
Yes. The page shows the main product directions rather than a fixed catalog. We can develop non-electric horse boot constructions currently available in the market.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Standard sample development takes 5–7 days. Bulk production normally takes 15–25 days after the sample and production details are approved.
